NOVELTY - Preparing graphene from microcrystalline graphite involves carrying out first chemical intercalation treatment, filtering, washing and drying the product to obtain primary expandable crystalline graphite, adding the primary expandable crystalline graphite into microwave expanding furnace at 600 watt to expand to obtain expansion microcrystalline graphite. The expansion microcrystalline graphite is subjected to the second chemical intercalation treatment, the product is filtered after intercalation process, washed and dried to obtain the secondary expandable crystalline graphite. USE - Method for preparing graphene from microcrystalline graphite (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene from microcrystalline graphite which is easy to process in a simple and time-saving manner. It has no sulfur, and is suitable for large scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene from microcrystalline graphite involves carrying out first chemical intercalation treatment, filtering, washing and drying the product to obtain primary expandable crystalline graphite, adding the primary expandable crystalline graphite into microwave expanding furnace at 600 watt to expand to obtain expansion microcrystalline graphite. The expansion microcrystalline graphite is subjected to the second chemical intercalation treatment, the product is filtered after intercalation process, washed and dried to obtain the secondary expandable crystalline graphite, which is added into graphite microwave expanding furnace at 800 watt for second time to obtain the secondary expansion expansion microcrystalline graphite. The ultrasonic treatment is performed for two times to obtain release material, which is release filtered, separated and washed to obtain the graphene. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene production system which comprises secondary processing system capable of expansion graphite, microwave furnace (101) of secondary ultrasonic device and filtering device (104), where microwave puffing and secondary ultrasonic device are connected, secondary ultrasonic device is connected with the filter device, the secondary ultrasonic device comprises stripping device (102) and ultrasonic peeling device (103), where peeling device comprises first circulation system of first mixing cell and multiple first ultrasonic reaction kettle.
