NOVELTY - Preparing fire-resistant nano composite film, involves dispersing nano cellulose in water in a vessel to form a nano fiber suspension, adding appropriate amount of montmorillonite suspension and reduced graphene oxide at room temperature and stirring rapidly for at least 30 minutes. The mixture is subjected to ultrasonic dispersion to form a uniform and stable mixed dispersion. The dispersion is placed in suction cups having 0.2micrometer pore size micro-filtration membrane and vacuum filtration is performed. The filter is placed after suction is dried at temperature not higher than 70 degrees C. USE - Method for preparing fire-resistant nano composite film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of fire-resistant nano composite film which is flexible, has high dielectric constant, excellent mechanical and electrical properties. The method is environment friendly, cost-effective and has high industrial production capacity.
