NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-doped graphene by three-dimensional printing recyclable metal salts comprises designing the double helix structure template by computer software, mixing and stirring metal salt, Variquat CC42NS (Cationic liquid laundry additive compatible with solvents), hexanediol diacrylate, ethoxylated trimethylolpropane triacrylate, and diphenyl-(2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl)phosphine to obtain a uniform metal salt resin, using digital light processing technology to print the metal salt resin into a double helix structure, sintering in air to obtain metal oxide template, heating metal oxide template to the reaction temperature, introducing hydrogen and argon, carrying out reduction reaction at the set temperature, cooling to room temperature with the furnace to obtain a metal template, heating the pure metal template to the reaction temperature, introducing hydrogen, argon and carbon source nitrogen source, and carrying out chemical vapor deposition reaction at set temperature. USE - Method for preparing nitrogen-doped graphene by three-dimensional printing recyclable metal salts. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare nitrogen-doped graphene that has excellent mechanical properties to support a load of about 16000 times the weight of itself, without significant deformation.
