▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The sensor structure has a fabric substrate (100), and an electrode (200) in which conductive fibers are embroidered on a portion of the fabric substrate in a form in which several comb-shaped fingers are spaced apart from each other and arranged. The conductive fiber is a twisted yarn of a conductive fiber yarn and a non-conductive fiber yarn. The conductive fiber yarn includes a first region containing a carbon-based material. The carbon-based material is one selected from the group consisting of carbon nanotubes, fullerenes, graphene, graphite, carbon fibers, carbon black, and combinations of two or more of them. USE - Sensor structure. ADVANTAGE - The mechanical strength and electrical characteristics of the smart insole are implemented in a balanced manner, and the sensor structure and the smart insole and shoes including the sensor structure are lightened. The productivity is excellent, and the bonding force between the electrode, the wiring and the substrate, and the durability of the smart insole are significantly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a smart insole. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a cross-sectional view of a sensor structure.
