▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) antistatic plastic comprises (i) mixing the silane coupling agent with graphene oxide in a high-speed mixer, and mixing with styrene monomer to initiate the grafting reaction by irradiation to produce graphene oxide graft modified styrene; (ii) mixing the graft modified styrene and acrylonitrile monomer prepared in step (i) thoroughly and preparing the modified styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer by one-step copolymerization; and (iii) adding a reducing agent to reduce the residual oxygen-containing groups on the surface of graphene oxide in the copolymer, blending with ABS powder and additives, and using a twin-screw extruder to granulate. USE - The graphene-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene antistatic plastic is useful for electrical enclosures (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: can produce plastic with high conductivity, good antistatic performance, and excellent electrostatic shielding effect and avoids the defect that the surface of the electrical appliance casing is difficult to clean due to static electricity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene-modified acrylonitrile butadiene styrene antistatic plastic, prepared as mentioned above.
