NOVELTY - The manufacturing process involves preparing soil and fly ash bricks and concrete samples with graphene reinforced within in different weight percentages, and subjecting concrete and fly-ash samples to 28 days and 7 days curing respectively and the soil samples are dried well for 3 days. The next step is subjecting the fly-ash samples to water absorption test for 24 hours, and all the samples are tested at room temperature in a Triaxial Compression Machine (TCM) and the results obtained are used to calculate the crushing strength of the samples. USE - Manufacturing process for graphene reinforced bricks and concrete. ADVANTAGE - The graphene reinforced bricks and concrete samples can withstand with more compressive stress than normal bricks and concretes and have much higher strength and water absorption capacity than the normal samples. Provides more surface finish thus lesser requirement of filler and finishing composite in construction works thus, decrement in construction costs. The brick and concrete is non-toxic and is eco friendly. Allows the unskilled as well as semiskilled labors can also perform the works so reduced inventory and manufacturing cost.
