NOVELTY - Manufacturing graphene-coated carbon fiber heating element involves preparing carbon fiber layer including multiple carbon fibers. The carbon fibers are coated with graphene to improve electrical conductivity and heat generation by uniformly dispersing multiple carbon fiber densities. The graphene-coated carbon fiber layer is impregnated with conductive adhesive having specific resistance lower than that of graphene-coated carbon fiber layer and higher than that of metal electrode so that metal electrode is attached to graphene-coated carbon fiber layer. USE - Method for manufacturing graphene-coated carbon fiber heating element. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to manufacture graphene-coated carbon fiber heating element that solves heat generation concentration phenomenon caused by contact resistance between metal electrode and carbon fiber, prevents burns and fire hazards, improves productivity, reduces cost, and prepares heat source to be uniformly distributed and connected.
