NOVELTY - Preparing a composite structure hydrophilic membrane electrode comprises (1) mixing lithium carbonate, and titanium dioxide, and calcining mixture to obtain lithium titanate precursor, (2) mixing lithium titanateprecursor uniformly with graphene oxide to obtain lithium titanate /graphene oxide composite material, (3) subjecting lithium titanate /graphene oxide composite material to sintering to obtain lithium titanate/reduced graphene oxide composite material, (4) lithium titanate /graphene oxide composite material/reduced graphene oxide composite material obtained in step (3) is modified with tannic acid to obtain tannic acid-modified active electrode material, (5) mixing tannic acid-modified active electrode material with a solvent to obtain an active electrode slurry, coating active electrode slurry on a titanium plate and drying. USE - The composite structure hydrophilic membrane electrode is useful in a membrane capacitor unit, which is used in energy battery, chemical catalysis, atomic and aerospace fields. ADVANTAGE - The composite structure hydrophilic membrane electrode improves the conductivity of the material, lithium-extracting performance, increases the lithium capacity, and improves the adsorption rate.
