NOVELTY - The pre-processing device comprises an outer shell (1), a copper foil roller clamping device (2), a longitudinal dividing device (3), a transverse cutter roller (4), a transplanting mechanical hand (5) and a multi-groove cleaning annealing device (6). The front end of the outer shell is fixedly connected with a copper-copper foil roller clamp that fixes the roller copper foil. The middle unit of the inner shell is rotatably mounted with a longitudinal divide device through a bearing with a seat. The direction of outer shell far away from the copper foil roll clamping equipment is fixed to the upper portion of the longitudinal divide. A transverse knife roller is provided at the upper end near the longitudinal division device. The copper foil is cut by the longitudinal split device and the transverse blade roller. The upper end of inner shell close to the horizontal knife roller direction. USE - Pre-treatment device for an industrial carbon neutralized nano-material substrate i.e. copper foil substrate of a graphene production device. ADVANTAGE - The industrial carbon neutralized nano material substrate pre-processing device realizes intelligent batch processing copper foil substrate to reduce the problem of graphene production cost. The multi-groove cleaning and annealing device uses a single cleaning groove with small occupied space, and a multi liquid rotating plate and ananealing device connected with different cleaning liquid to perform motion matching, realizing industrialization to pre-treat the copper foil function.
