NOVELTY - Invention is electrochemical cell for investigation of electrochemical systems by in situ spectroscopy and microscopy. Electrochemical cell for study of solid or gel-like dielectric materials with ionic conductivity, contains current collectors made in the form of two metal plates, between which is a flat counter electrode and a solid electrolyte in the form of an ion-conducting membrane, and on the ion-conducting membrane from the metal plate of the current collector a working graphene electrode is fixed, and an opening is made on the metal plate of the current collector on the side of the working graphene electrode to record the analytical signal from its surface. USE - Electricity; chemistry. ADVANTAGE - Providing possibility of carrying out spectroelectrochemical studies in situ by surface-sensitive methods, which are realized in conditions of low / medium (up to 10-3 mbar), high (up to 10-8 mbar) and ultra-high (up to 10-11 mbar) of the vacuum, as well as an increase in the intensity of the detected analytical signal (in comparison with known analogs) in the spectroelectrochemical studies in situ by all the methods mentioned. 8 cl, 3 dwg, 2 ex
