▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene is dispersed in N,N-dimethyl formamide. Sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surfactant is added and ultrasonically processed to obtain graphene solution. Silver nitrate is dispersed in deionized water and stirred to obtain silver nitrate aqueous solution. The graphene solution and silver nitrate solution are mixed, subjected to sonic oscillation, heated and reacted. The reaction solution is stood for 12 hours at 24 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide/silver composite precipitate. The precipitate is filtered, washed and dried to obtain graphene-silver nanoparticle composite material. USE - Manufacture of graphene/silver nanoparticle composite material used for electronic material, catalytic material, and antibacterial material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/silver nanoparticle composite material is easily and efficiently manufactured with high purity, small grain diameter, uniform particle size distribution, and bonding strength, and without agglomeration of graphene. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene (0.1-0.5 mg/mL) is dispersed in N,N-dimethyl formamide. Sodium dodecyl sulfate as a surfactant is added to the obtained solution. The amount of surfactant is 0.1-0.5 %mass of total amount of graphene. The solution is ultrasonically processed in an ultrasonic cleaner at 40 KHz and 100 W for 60-180 minutes. Silver nitrate (0.01-0.05 mol/L) is dispersed in deionized water and stirred under magnetic force for 5-10 minutes to obtain silver nitrate aqueous solution. The mass ratio of graphite and silver nitrate is 2:4-2:12. The graphene solution and silver nitrate solution are mixed, subjected to sonic oscillation for 30-60 minutes, and transferred to a three-port beaker. The pH of the solution is adjusted to 6-8, heated in water bath at 60-70 degrees C, stirred, and reacted for 30-90 minutes. The reaction solution is stood for 12 hours at 24 degrees C to obtain graphene oxide/silver composite precipitate. The precipitate is filtered, washed with ethanol, acetone, and deionized water, and dried for 24 hours at room temperature in a drum wind drying box to obtain graphene-silver nanoparticle composite material.
