NOVELTY - Preparing graphene glass involves mixing limestone, quartz sand, kaolin, cerium oxide, albite, calcite, sodium carbonate and cobalt powder into a grinder for grinding, passing through a 80-150 mesh sieve. The obtained product and the auxiliary agent are added to a high-speed mixer at 800-1200 rpm, and after stirring for 20-25 minutes, the mixture is obtained, and the mixture is sent to the kiln through a conveyor. The kiln in the mixture is heated at a temperature of 1520-1540 degrees C for 30-32 hours to obtain a melt. A graphene slurry is heated to the melt of the mixture in a spray form under vacuum conditions, stirring and mixing, and then standing for 3-5 hours. The product is sent to a mechanical mold, cast and formed, and the formed glass is sent to an annealing kiln for annealing treatment, naturally cooled, cut, and packaged, and obtaining the graphene glass. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene glass enhance lubricity and uniformity between the materials, and prepared glass is stable, has excellent anti-brittle performance and good wear resistance.
