NOVELTY - A base material is prepared by preparing graphene dispersion, preparing Kevlar fiber dispersion, mixing the graphene dispersion with the Kevlar fiber dispersion to obtain mixed solution, pouring the mixed solution to a flask, and vacuum filtering to obtain modified Kevlar fiber film on a filter film, peeling off the modified Kevlar fiber film from the filter film, adding ethylene propylene rubber raw rubber, nano-silicon dioxide powder, and carbon nanotubes to a mixer, and mixing to obtain mixed rubber compound, laminating the modified Kevlar fiber film between the two layers of the mixed rubber compound to obtain laminate (I), and molding and vulcanizing the laminate (I). USE - Base material for gestational diabetes blood glucose test paper. ADVANTAGE - The base material has high strength, excellent toughness, does not undergo plastic deformation, and is unbreakable and prepared economically.
