▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a nano conductive adhesive, comprises (1) uniformly mixing and dispersing conductive nano particles, epoxy resin, a diluent, a curing agent one and a lipophilic emulsifier to obtain a dispersion liquid one, (2) dripping the electrolyte solution into dispersion liquid one and stirring to obtain water-in-oil emulsion, (3) mixing and dispersing deionized water, a hydrophilic emulsifier and a curing agent two to obtain a dispersion liquid two, (4) adding the water-in-oil emulsion into dispersion liquid two, and emulsifying to obtain water-in-oil-in-water emulsion system, (5) heating the water-in-oil-in-water emulsion system, stirring and solidifying, (6) centrifuging, washing and drying the solidified water-in-oil-in-water emulsion system, and (7) performing high-temperature treatment to obtain the final product. USE - The nano conductive adhesive is useful in biological medicine, catalysis, magnetic recording material, lithium of battery electrode bonding and various hollow net-shaped structure. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive: has excellent conductive performance and self-bonding property.
