NOVELTY - Preparing conductive beam wind turbine blade comprises (i) mixing the resin material with the conductive filler to obtain conductive pultruded resin and conductive filling resin, (ii) injecting the conductive pultrusion resin into the pultrusion device, infusing the conductive pultrusion resin using the reinforced fiber under the pultrusion action, curing and cooling the conductive pultrusion resin to obtain the conductive pultrusion plate, and (iii) paving the conductive pultrusion plate and the guide fabric in the wind turbine blade cap mold, filling conductive filling resin using vacuum bag pressing process, solidifying and forming. USE - Preparing conductive beam wind turbine blade used in wind power generator set. Can also be used in other types of wind turbines. ADVANTAGE - The method realizes the risk of conductive path reducing blade lightning damage, and increasing the strength and modulus of the pultrusion plate and beam cap.
