The nitric acid is used as the nonmetal inorganic acid. The temperature of ozone generator inner chamber is maintained as 25-100 degrees C during the UV/ozone treatment. The wave length of UV light is provided in the range of 100-300 nm, and the power is provided in the range of 1-300 W. USE - Method for improving performance of graphene thin film for capacitive touch screen. ADVANTAGE - The pattern structure of the touch screen is simplified, and the multi-point touch effect is achieved, thus the preparation yield and efficiency of the capacitive touch screen are increased.
