NOVELTY - The method involves performing the UV/ozone treatment to the base of the graphene thin film. The nonmetal inorganic acid is used in the graphene thin film attached on the substrate. The nitric acid is used as the nonmetal inorganic acid. The temperature of ozone generator inner chamber is maintained as 25-100 degrees C during the UV/ozone treatment. The wave length of UV light is provided in the range of 100-300 nm, and the power is provided in the range of 1-300 W. USE - Method for improving performance of graphene thin film for capacitive touch screen. ADVANTAGE - The pattern structure of the touch screen is simplified, and the multi-point touch effect is achieved, thus the preparation yield and efficiency of the capacitive touch screen are increased.
