▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene network composite block comprises weighing high-purity graphite ball of mass (m) to be coated and three-dimensional vibration powder of mass (m1) at mass ratio of (0.1:1)-(10:1); putting them in vibration mixer; mixing under vibration frequency of 5-200 Hz for 5 minutes to 50 hours; taking out high-purity graphite ball and weighing; adding high-purity graphite at amount of (m0), which is controlled by controlling vibration frequency and vibration time of three-dimensional vibration powder, and (m) and (m0) are calculated based on quantitative relationship using specific surface area as required for number of layers of graphene required to be prepared; adding mixed powder into mold and putting in activation sintering furnace; sintering at 200-2900 degrees C by heating at 10-500 degrees C/minute under 20-80 MPa pressure; insulating for 5-120 120 minutes to obtain three-dimensional graphene network composite block. USE - Preparation of three-dimensional graphene network composite block. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple and convenient operation. It produces three-dimensional graphene network composite block with continuous three-dimensional graphene spatial network structure, and has improved mechanical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties.
