NOVELTY - Microcapsule comprises a capsule core and two layers of capsule walls wrapped outside the capsule core. The capsule core comprises temperature-controlled core material mixed with alkane and stearic acid, self-healing core material mixed with epoxy resin, fumed silica, graphene and boron trichloride. The inner layer of the capsule wall is made of calcium carbonate, and the outer layer is made of stearic acid. USE - Microcapsule is useful for temperature control and self-repair of cementing cement ring. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing the microcapsules for cement ring temperature control and self-repairing, comprising (i) adding the mixed alkane and stearic acid into the deionized water, stirring to form temperature control core material A phase solution; (ii) adding the epoxy resin, gas phase silicon dioxide, graphene and boron deionized water, and dispersing to obtain self-repairing core material B phase solution; (iii) mixing the temperature control core material A phase solution and self-repairing core material B phase solution, and stirring to obtain emulsion; mixing the emulsion with aqueous solution of surface agent, stirring until there is small liquid drop, obtaining A/B emulsion; orderly dropping calcium chloride water solution and aqueous calcium carbonate into the A/B emulsion, filtering the system, washing, dry the microcapsule A using calcium carbonate as the first layer capsule wall; (iv) subjecting the micro-capsule A through condensation precipitation method, finishing the stearic acid wall material for the secondary coating of the microcapsule A.
