NOVELTY - Preparing long-chain polymer glue, comprises adding polyacrylic acid and catechol to deionized water, then adding boric acid solution, adjusting the pH to 9 with sodium hydroxide solution under nitrogen protection, and mechanically stirring USE - The method is useful for preparing long-chain polymer glue, which is used improve the thread connection performance of the oil pipe. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare long-chain polymer glue water, which has excellent corrosion resistance, sealing performance and anti-adhesive performance, and provides oil pipe screw thread having excellent sealing property, anti-sticking property and corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for using long-chain polymer glue to improve the thread connection performance of the oil pipe, comprising (a) processing oil pipe threads according to API standards, cleaning them with alcohol, and drying, (b) applying long-chain polymer glue on the surface of the external thread, (c) mixing the TPU polyurethane powder modified by the corrosion inhibitor with solid lubricating particles to obtain a polymer elastomer, coating the polymer elastomer on the long-chain polymer glue, curing for 2-5 hours, rotating the thread for two minutes every 10 minute, where the TPU polyurethane powder modified by the corrosion inhibitor is prepared by (a1) stirring, spraying an equal weight of water-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor into the TPU polyurethane powder, drying, crushing to 10-30 μm, adding to the organosilicon solution, soaking for 1-2 hours, filtering, drying to obtain the powder modified by organosilicon, the corrosion inhibition rate of the water-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor ≥ 75%, (a2) heating the water-soluble imidazoline corrosion inhibitor to 50°C, spraying from bottom to top with a spray gun at a rate of 100-200ml per minute, and the silicone-modified powder settles by gravity from top to bottom, and the two contact in the air, cooling, dry naturally to obtain the powder modified by corrosion inhibitor, (a3) heating the styrene-acrylic emulsion to 70°C, using a spray gun to spray from bottom to top at a rate of 50-100 ml per minute, and the powder modified by the corrosion inhibitor settles by gravity from top to bottom, and the two are in contact with each other in the air, cooling, drying naturally to obtain the TPU polyurethane powder modified by the corrosion inhibitor.
