▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive substrate comprises a substrate, an UV-patternable hard-coating film having a pattern formed on the substrate, and a metal nanowire-graphene composite layer formed on the pattern of the UV-patternable hard-coating layer. USE - The substrate is useful in device including display (flat panel display and touch screen panel) and photovoltaic device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The substrate has high resistance and electrical conductivity, improved reliability, sheet resistance and light transmittance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing conductive substrate.
