▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing electronic element plastic board comprises (i) adding graphene oxide and ultrasonically dispersing, then adding maleic anhydride, poly(4-methyl-1-pentene)and initiator, stirring, then completely dissolving, melt-blending using twin-screw extruder to obtain modified polyolefin, (ii) adding metal compound flame retardant, silane coupling agent and dispersant into dried boron-silicon flame retardant, completely reacting by adding absolute ethanol, ultrasonicating, completely volatilizing ethanol, and drying to obtain modified flame retardant, (iii) mixing modified polyolefin, modified flame retardant, lubricant and antioxidant in a high speed mixer, allowing to stand for 3 days to obtain mixed material, and (iv) melt-blending the mixed material through a three-screw extruder to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing electronic element plastic board. ADVANTAGE - The plastic board: has corrosion resistance, strength, simple preparation method; uses easy to get raw material; and is safe and environmentally friendly.
