▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Conductive silicone rubber comprises 60-80 pts. wt. raw silicone rubber, 8-20 pts. wt. conductive composite particles, 5-20 pts. wt. white carbon black, 0.2-1.4 pts. wt. hydroxy-terminated silicone oil, 0.2-2 pts. wt. stearic acid-based materials, and 0.5-2 pts. wt. vulcanizing agent. USE - Used as conductive silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The conductive silicone rubber: uses silicone rubber as the body and utilizes its good flexibility, weather resistance, moldability and other characteristics to better disperse conductive particles; has good and uniform conductivity; and ensures that it is used in variety of life application scenarios. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the conductive silicone rubber comprising (1) adding the vinyl end group-containing silicone rubber raw rubber and white carbon black into mixer, pre-mixing at 140-160 degrees C to obtain first rubber material; (2) adding conductive composite particles wrapped with silicone rubber to first rubber material, and mixing at 140-160 degrees C to obtain the second rubber material; (3) adding hydroxy-terminated silicone oil and stearic acid-based materials to the rubber material obtained in step (2), mixing for 10-30 minutes, during this process, the mixing temperature is controlled within range of 80-90 degrees C, applying vacuum to ensure that the difference between the atmospheric pressure and atmospheric pressure is greater than or equal to 0.07MPa; preparing the third rubber material; and (4) adding a vulcanizing agent to the third rubber material, kneading for 5-15 minutes, molding and vulcanizing at high temperature, and carrying secondary vulcanization to obtain conductive silicone rubber.
