NOVELTY - Gas sensor comprises a complex material that exhibits heat generation properties according to the application of voltage. The complex material includes a nano-carbon material, a binder and boron nitride nanotube (BNNT). USE - Used as a gas sensor. ADVANTAGE - The gas sensor: realizes simple configuration, easy miniaturization, and easy interworking; can also detect nitrogen oxide gas; has excellent resistance recovery when measuring gas; and is easy to measure repeatedly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing a gas sensor comprising preparing mixed solution containing nano-carbon material, boron nitride nanotube (BNNT), and binder, ultrasonically dispersing mixed solution to prepare dispersion solution, performing vacuum filtration of dispersion solution to prepare complex material film, and drying complex material film.
