NOVELTY - Preparation of hybrid graphene-metal oxide nanoparticle composite material involves preparing solution containing graphite oxide, mixing metal precursor containing neutral metal atoms to the solution, and heat-treating by applying heat to the solution. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of hybrid graphene-metal oxide nanoparticle composite material with excellent uniformity.
