NOVELTY - Biological active composition comprises stem cell secretion and graphene-polyacrylic acid-RADA16-A nano particle in a mass ratio of (5-20):(1-10). USE - The composition is useful in preparing skin care product, cosmetic and medicine for repairing skin injury, preferably radioactive skin injury (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition: recruits endogenous stem cells to reach the damaged area by regulating the components of stem cell secretions, thus improving the damage repair effect; adopts the addition of biologically active graphene RADA16A nanoparticles to mimic the surface structure of extracellular matrix by synergizing with stem cell secretions, promote cell migration and proliferation; provides a suitable microenvironment for cell proliferation and differentiation, and allow the transfer of nutrients, oxygen and metabolites within the structure and provides antibacterial, adsorption of heavy metals and removal of nuclear contamination.
