NOVELTY - Graphene heat dissipation coating comprises a graphene-thermal conductive particle heterojunction material, where the thermal conductive particle comprises aluminum nitride, gallium nitride (preferred), aluminum oxide, silicon oxide, zinc oxide, boron nitride and/or and silicon carbide. USE - The coating is useful for radiator. ADVANTAGE - The coating has high thermal conductivity coefficient and thermal radiation coefficient, excellent coating performance and high adhesiveness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the graphene heat dissipation coating involving grinding the raw materials in an inert gas atmosphere for 2-12 hours, preferably 5 hours, where the inert gas comprises nitrogen.
