NOVELTY - The device has a driving machine (2) located at an upper side of a bottom plate (1). A processing device (3) is movably connected at an upper side of a supporting frame (4) and matched with the driving machine. A control box (5) is installed at a side end upper section of the processing device. The processing device is provided with an inclined opening, a front sleeve, a heating body and a sealing block. The inclined opening passes through a side end position of the heating body, where the front sleeve and the inclined opening are formed as an integrated structure. The sealing block is connected at a side port position of the heating body. A connecting rod is connected at a bottom end of a fixed connecting plate. A magnetic block is connected with a spring. A removing block is hinged with a shovel block that is connected with an upper end of the fixed connecting plate. USE - Graphene processing and heating device. ADVANTAGE - The device provides displacement control limit for the fixed connecting plate through telescopic elasticity of the connecting rod to adhere the shovel block to an inner wall surface of a hollow ring cavity and an outer wall surface of a separating ring to slide so as to generate repulsion force by the magnetic block and elastic force of the spring, thus bending and deforming a supporting block in a flexible manner, changes included angle between the shovel block and the removing block in a flexible manner so as to attach a graphene on an inner wall surface of the hollow ring cavity for performing scraping operation, and realizes shaking operation of the shaking body in process of removing the solid frame plate by providing knocking active power to an inner wall surface of the hollow ring cavity, thus separating attachment from an inner wall surface of an empty ring cavity under action of knocking.
