NOVELTY - Anti-seepage and anti-corrosion concrete comprises cement, and 10-15 %mass graphene oxide, where a polymer is deposited between layers of the graphene oxide, the polymer molecular structure has an amidine group, and the amidine group is located on the side chain of the polymer molecular chain. USE - As anti-seepage and anti-corrosion concrete. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the anti-seepage and anti-corrosion concrete, involving (i) pretreating graphene oxide by uniformly dispersing 4-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol, 160-180 pts. wt. water and 30-40 pts. wt. (N-amidino)dodecyl acrylamide, adding 80-120 pts. wt. graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing, performing heating refluxing reaction, performing suction filtration, washing and drying to obtain pretreated graphene oxide, and (ii) taking 80-120 pts. wt. cement, 8-10 pts. wt. pretreated graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. metal bicarbonate and 30-40 pts. wt. aggregate, uniformly stirring and mixing to obtain the product.
