NOVELTY - Polyvinyl chloride cable sheath containing graphene comprises 100 pts. wt. polyvinyl chloride resin, 1-2 pts. wt. modified graphene, 8-10 pts. wt. aluminum hydroxide, 10-12 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. stabilizer, 2-3 pts. wt. flame retardant, 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 8-12 pts. wt. filler, 2-3 pts. wt. montmorillonite and 1-2 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - The polyvinyl chloride cable sheath containing graphene is useful in cable (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyvinyl chloride cable sheath containing graphene: has good heat conductivity; and has better anti-tensile performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing polyvinyl chloride cable sheath containing graphene comprising (1) placing the polyvinyl chloride resin into a heating vessel and heating to 180-190degreesC, after it is completely melted, adding the modified graphene and stirring evenly to obtain a molten liquid I, (2) heating the aluminum hydroxide to 300-310degreesC to obtain molten liquid II, (3) heating the first melt to 270-280degrees Celsius, inserting the anode rod and the cathode rod into the first melt, connecting the voltage of 36 V between the anode rod and the cathode rod, adding the second melt to the first melt, stirring at a speed of 200-300 rotations/minute for 5-10 minutes to obtain molten liquid III, (4) cooling the molten liquid to 180-190degrees Celsius, adding plasticizer, antioxidant, antioxidant, stabilizer, flame retardant, lubricant, filler, montmorillonite and dispersant, and stirring for 15-20 minutes to obtain molten liquid IV, (5) placing the molten liquid IV into the twin-screw extruder for extrusion and granulation to obtain the cable sheath material.
