▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Graphene anti-corrosion coating material comprises first component and second component in a ratio of 10:1-1:5, where the first component is based on 100 pts. wt. including 30-70 pts. wt. polyisocyanate and/or modified polyisocyanate, 20-30 pts. wt. plasticizer, 0.1-4 pts. wt. graphene, 1-10 pts. wt. emulsification agent, 0.3-4 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.4-5 pts. wt. anti-rust agent, 0.1-3 pts. wt. leveling agent, 0.2-2 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.1-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 0.2-4 pts. wt. anti-settling agent and 0.2-5 pts. wt. flame retardant, and the second component is a metal salt solution or metal-type salt solution with a mass fraction of 10-70%. USE - Used as graphene anti-corrosion coating material. ADVANTAGE - The coating material: can combines graphene and modified aqueous-based polyurea, thus the organic and inorganic distribution in the obtained composite material is uniform, has compact structure, and the size of the inorganic component reaches nano size, showing a special small size effect, interface effects, and quantum effects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the graphene anticorrosive coating material, comprising (i) mixing polyisocyanate and/or modified polyisocyanate, plasticizer, emulsifier, dispersant, anti-rust agent, leveling agent, antioxidant and defoamer, after mixing, inhaling the graphene powder under stirring, then adding the anti-settling agent and flame retardant under continuous stirring to obtain the first component stand-by; (ii) adjusting by dissolving the metal salt solution or metal-type salt solution in water to obtain the second component with a concentration of 10-70 wt.%; and (iii) adding the first component to the second group, mixing and solidifying to obtain graphene anticorrosive coating material.
