NOVELTY - Quantum graphene air filter booster comprises 70-94 pts. wt. synthetic resin, 1-10 pts. wt. graphene quantum dots, 4-20 pts. wt. negative ion powder, and 1-5 pts. wt. other auxiliary agents. USE - Quantum graphene air filter booster. ADVANTAGE - The quantum graphene air filter booster improves combustion efficiency of engine, achieves effects of energy saving, saves fuel and protects environment. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing quantum graphene air filter booster, which involves: (A) electrolyzing high-purity graphite plate into dilute sulfuric acid aqueous solution, after electrolysis is complete, preparing graphene quantum dots by filtration and purification to obtain graphene quantum dot purification liquid, freeze drying graphene quantum dot purification solution to obtain graphene quantum dot powder; (B) grounding synthetic resin particles into powder of 30 mesh or more in plastic mill, rotation speed is 3300-4000 revolution/minute, and grinding disk temperature is 45-60 degrees C, adding synthetic resin powder and graphene quantum dot powder, anion powder, and other additives to the mixer for uniform mixing; (C) mixing time is 2-10 minutes, speed is 5-60 revolution/minute. The mixture obtained is melt blended by twin-screw extruder, and extruded to form filler master batch. The extrusion process parameters melt temperature is 160-200 degrees C, screw speed is 100-500 revolution/minute, mixing time is 1-10 minutes, placing prepared filled masterbatch into mold of injection molding machine, mold is heating to 160-170 degrees C, after 60-100 second injection molding, after curing and shaping, taking out; (D) placing in oven through 60-90 degrees C; and (E) baking for 2-3 hours to obtain quantum graphene air filter booster.
