▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Composite particles comprises ceramic foundry sand core particles, outer side of ceramic foundry sand core particles is sequentially covered with phenolic resin layer and graphene layer. USE - The composite particles is useful for injection molding (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite particles: has consistent particle size, and fluidity meets conditions of injection printing. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite particles comprising (i) screening the ceramic foundry sand particles; (ii) weighing phenolic resin and absolute ethanol in mass fraction ratio of 1:0.5-1:0.8, mixing evenlys, coating the phenolic resin alcohol solution evenly on surface of ceramic foundry sand by boiling coating dryer; (iii) mixing graphene with absolute ethanol to obtain a graphene ethanol solution; and (iv) spraying and coating graphene ethanol solution on surface of phenolic resin/ceramic foundry sand particles obtained in step (ii) by boiling coating dryer.
