▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An electrode comprises an active material (561) and an electroconductive agent. The active material contains a metal or compound containing one or more elements chosen from silicon, tin, gallium, aluminum, germanium, lead, antimony, bismuth, silver, zinc, cadmium and indium. The electroconductive agent contains a graphene compound (554) having fluorine. USE - Electrode e.g. negative electrode for secondary battery used for vehicle and electronic device (all claimed). Can also be used for semiconductor device, display apparatus, light-emitting device, electrical storage apparatus, illuminating device and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The electrode provides battery having reduced deterioration. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of negative electrode active material, which involves mixing a primary material chosen from graphite, graphitizing carbon, non-graphitizing carbon, carbon nanotube, carbon black and a graphene, a secondary material containing halogen, and a tertiary material containing oxygen and carbon, and heating in reducing environment; (2) negative electrode active material having a region (a) containing the primary material, and a region (b) located at outer side of region (a) and containing fluorine and/or oxygen, lithium, and carbon. The concentration of fluorine in region (b) is higher than the concentration of fluorine in region (a). The concentration of oxygen in region (b) is higher than concentration of oxygen in region (a); (3) secondary battery, which has a negative electrode containing negative electrode active material, a positive electrode, and electrolyte; (4) vehicle, which consists of the secondary battery, an electric motor and a circuit portion; and (5) electronic device, which consists of secondary battery, a display component and a circuit component.
