▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing an electrochemical biosensor involves carrying out immobilization of the peptide comprising amino acid sequence of 11 amino acid residues of (SEQ ID NO: Not defined), given in the specification on an electrode modified with a polymeric composite via covalent bonding with 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide/N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS). The peptide sequence is interacted with a human serum sample infected with the dengue virus, and serotype 1 (DENV-1) method. The method further involves carrying out real-time diagnosis, and diagnosis via cysteine amino acid monitoring. USE - Method for preparing electrochemical biosensor for rapid and specific diagnosis of dengue virus. ADVANTAGE - The biosensor has high sensitivity, enabling the early diagnosis of the dengue virus and shows simple, fast and low cost diagnosis of dengue virus.
