NOVELTY - Flame-retardant comprises 100 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. high-density polyethylene (HDPE), 10-30 pts. wt. polypropylene wax, 8-12 pts. wt. silicon dioxide, 40-60 pts. wt. magnesium hydroxide, 5-10 pts. wt. red phosphorus, 4-8 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 2-6 pts. wt. carbon black, 15-35 pts. wt. decabromodiphenyl ether and 1-5 pts. wt. TTS coupling agent. USE - Used as flame-retardant. ADVANTAGE - The flame-retardant has good mechanical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing flame retardant comprising (i) taking graphene, HDPE, polypropylene wax, silicon dioxide, magnesium hydroxide, red phosphorus, nitrile rubber, carbon black, decabromodiphenyl ether and TTS coupling agent, (ii) stirring raw material at 80 degrees C for 30 minutes with stirring speed of 900 revolutions per minute, and (iii) melt-granulating step (ii) obtained product in twin-screw extruder to obtain final product, where extrusion temperature is 200 degrees C, 210 degrees C, 220 degrees C, 220 degrees C, 220 degrees C and 210 degrees C, and rotation speed of screw is 100 revolutions per minute.
