▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite material, comprises 10-25 wt.% nano- bacteria separating layer, 55-75 wt.% core layer and 10-20 wt.% ventilating layer, where the core layer is set between the nano- bacteria separating layer and ventilating layer. The nano- bacteria separating layer is set at the outermost side. The nano- bacteria separating layer comprises resin, L-polylactic acid, antibacterial agent and nano- barrier filler. The core layer comprises a resin, a thermoplastic elastomer, coupling agent and diatomite. The ventilating layer comprises resin, dispersing agent and hydrophilic agent. USE - The composite material is useful for packaging fruit and vegetable ADVANTAGE - The composite material: has excellent air permeability and anti-bacterial property; reduces the possibility of oxygen-free respiration and speed of deterioration of fruit and vegetable in the packaging material; improves the storage time and use experience of the users; and satisfy the use requirement of the user. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the composite material, comprising (i) modifying 6-15 wt.% diatomite using 4-8 wt.% coupling agent, uniformly mixing modified diatomite with 75-80 wt.% resin and then placing the mixed ingredients into a granulator for granulation to prepare master batches containing diatomite, (ii) taking 75-80 wt.% resin and 15-20 wt.% L-polylactic acid, adding into a reactor, introducing inert gas into the reactor for gas protection, adding 10-15 wt.% thermoplastic elastomer and master batch containing diatomite obtained in resultant step into the reaction container, heating the reactor to 130-140degrees Celsius under the stirring condition and completely dissolving the master batch containing the diatomite, (iii) adding 10-15 wt.% dispersing agent, 5-8 wt.% hydrophilic agent, 3-5 wt.% antibacterial agent and nano barrier filler into the reactor and continuously reacting for 10-12 hours under the conditions of inert gas and 140degrees Celsius, (iv) placing the raw materials obtained by the reaction into a film blowing machine, blowing out the film cylinder at the temperature of 150-200degrees Celsius and preparing multi-layer composite film by composite machine set to obtain the product.
