NOVELTY - Carbon aerogel is formed by graphene or partially reduced graphene oxide and amorphous carbon through a brick structure. The brick structure is composed of a single layer or multiple layers of graphene or a partially reduced oxidation graphene, amorphous carbon as brick coated or partially coated with the graphene or partially reduced oxidized olefin, to oxidize graphene or partial reduction. The graphene and the amorphous carbon are connected to form a porous network-like composite structure similar to a brick mud structure. The weight percentage of the components are: graphene or partially reduced graphene oxide is 0.1-99.9 wt.% and amorphous carbon 0.1- 99.9 wt.%. USE - Carbon aerogel. ADVANTAGE - The carbon aerogel has full compressible elasticity, high strength and high electrical conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing compressible superelastic carbon aerogel, which involves adding graphene oxide into the solvent forming graphene oxide and the additive mixed solution, drying mixed solution to obtain the additivecontaining oxide graphene aerogeland treating the mixture under the protection of inert gas; and (2) a touch and pressure sensor used for detecting the touch and pressure in any direction of the carbon aerogel, where measuring device is used for measuring an electrical signal between electrode with carbon aerogel.
