▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A three-dimensional graphene-based proportional signal amplifying aptamer electrochemical sensor preparing method involves modifying the gold nano-three-dimensional graphene composite material on the surface of the glassy carbon electrode to obtain a gold nano-three-dimensional graphene modified electrode, grafting a thiolated ferrocene-labeled MUC1 aptamer onto the surface of the gold nano-three-dimensional graphene modified electrode to obtain a ferrocene-labeled MUC1 aptamer/gold nano-three-dimensional graphene modified electrode, blocking the non-specific adsorption sites on the ferrocene-labeled MUC1 aptamer/gold nano-three-dimensional graphene modified electrode, immersing in different concentrations of MUC1 solution for incubation and obtaining a modified electrode for capturing MUC1, immersing the modified electrode for capturing MUC1 in a solution of a gold nano-composite of a methyl blue-labeled MUC1 aptamer to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for preparing three-dimensional graphene-based proportional signal amplifying aptamer electrochemical sensor for detecting tumor marker MUC1 (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing three-dimensional graphene-based proportional signal amplifying aptamer electrochemical sensor with improved stability and selectivity, high sensitivity, better stability, in simple and cost effective manner.
