▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing oxide composite nuclear fuel core block, comprises (i) adding oxide nuclear fuel powder, filler powder into the ball milling tank, adding zirconium dioxide grinding ball mixing for ball milling, (ii) molding the mixed powder after ball milling, removing the film to obtain oxide composite nuclear fuel blank, where the mold pressing pressure is 2-10 MPa, the pressure maintaining time is 2-5 minutes, then using cold isostatic pressing at 100-300 MPa, keeping the pressure for 1-20 minutes to press the blank, (iii) electrifying the obtained oxide composite nuclear fuel blank, applying constant electric field at two ends of the blank, at the same time, increasing the temperature, when the flash temperature is reached, flash burning occurs, where the current density of the electrifying is 0-700 mA/mm2, the field strength is 0-300 V/cm, the flash burning temperature is 25-1000 degrees C, the flash burning time is 0-600 seconds, cooling and demolding. USE - The method is useful for preparing oxide composite nuclear fuel core block. ADVANTAGE - The method enables reducing sintering temperature of uranium dioxide or thorium dioxide, shortening sintering time, and improving density of material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an oxide composite nuclear fuel core block. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic representation of the flash burning system (Drawing includes non-English language text).
