NOVELTY - An anti-UV knitted fabric is double-face structure with two needle channels and outer layer comprising composite cotton fiber and inner layer comprising Sorona (RTM: partially plant-based polymer). The composite cotton fiber comprises 50-65 pts. wt. kapok fiber, 20-35 pts. wt. tencel fiber and 1-10 pts. wt. graphene. USE - Anti-UV knitted fabric. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has good anti-UV and antibacterial effect, very low water absorption, good UV resistance, air permeability, fast drying and anti-UV function after washing water. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing anti-UV knitted fabric comprising using composite cotton fiber as upper thread, spinning by taking Sorona (RTM: partially plant-based polymer) fiber as bottom line, weaving upper thread by double-layer weaving method to obtain fabric, blanking to obtain blank cloth, dying and post-processing.
