NOVELTY - The method involves preparing graphene solution, where mass concentration of the graphene solution is 20% to 50%. An electro-deposition process is carried out. An electrode solution is prepared when the electro-deposition process is completed. A drying process is performed by using the graphene solution and the electrode solution. A heat treatment is carried out when drying process is completed. A graphene electrode of HIT cell is obtained when the heat treatment is completed. USE - Method for preparing graphene electrode of a HIT cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables ensuring conductivity of a double-face electrode for avoiding influence of high temperature film on the HIT cell so as to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency so that manufacturing cost of HIT cell is reduced.
