▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-heat-conducting low-temperature co-fired ceramic material comprises zinc-bromide glass powder, silicon carbide nano-wire, aluminum oxide ceramic powder graphene nano-sheet, solvent, agglomerant, plasticizing agent and homogenizing agent in a molar ratio of 1:0.2-0.6:(0.5-1):0.01-0 1: (0.05-0 2):(1-3). The ZBNAS glass powder is composed of zinc oxide, boron trioxide, sodium oxide, aluminum dioxide and silicon dioxide in a mol ratio of (1-1). USE - The high heat-conducting low-temperature co-fired ceramic material is useful in military, electronic device, medical field, and electronic packaging field. ADVANTAGE - The material: has high heat conductivity and high thermal expansion matching property. The method is simple and easy, suitable for industrial production. The grain diameter of the ZBNAS glass powder is 300-500 nm, the specific surface area is large, the surface activation energy is high, the soakage performance is good, after melting at high temperature, it can better wet the ceramic powder, improve the LTCC compactness. The prepared raw ceramic sheet has a certain tensile property and bending performance, it is convenient to roll and cut from the casting machine after casting and forming. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a preparation method of the high heat-conducting low-temperature co-fired ceramic material.
