▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material liquid phase, comprises (i) dissolving ammonium tetrathiomolybdate powder in deionized water, and then stirring to form uniformly dispersed solution A, (ii) adding graphene powder to the obtained uniformly dispersed solution A, and uniformly stirring to form dispersed solution B, (iii) transferring the uniformly dispersed solution B to a reaction vessel, carrying out hydrothermal reaction, naturally cooling the solution to room temperature, and (iv) washing the obtained solution using deionized water and ethanol, centrifugal filtering for many times, and then drying the product to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/molybdenum disulfide composite material liquid phase. ADVANTAGE - The method: adopts changing of number of molybdenum disulfide layers to adjust band gap width of molybdenum disulfide, which absorbs light of different wavelengths; expands spectral response range of optoelectronic devices made of the composite material; utilizes graphene having high carrier mobility; and expands sensitivity of optoelectronic devices based on the composite material.
