USE - Preparation of graphene-filled masterbatch with low energy consumption and large scale. ADVANTAGE - The equipment cost and energy consumption are reduced, and large-scale production is achieved. The graphene dispersion effect is improved and the porous resin microspheres are prevented from reagglomerating when the resin matrix is fused. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene-filled masterbatch, involves taking 3-15 pts. wt. graphene powder, 30-65 pts. wt. porous resin microspheres, 20-25 pts. wt. foaming agent H, 40-100 pts. wt. organic solvent and 1-2 pts. wt. graphene dispersant as a raw material, compounding graphene powder, graphene dispersing agent and first foaming agent H with porous resin microspheres at 160-430 rpm, stirring for 20-50 minutes, and uniformly loading graphene with porous resin microspheres to obtain composite porous resin microspheres, adding composite porous resin microspheres to organic solvent, adding second foaming agent H, stirring, removing organic solvent by atomization process, depositing foaming agent H on the surface of the porous resin microspheres to encapsulate and cover the porous resin microspheres and carrying out centrifuge separation, and crushing to obtain graphene filled masterbatch.
