NOVELTY - Intelligent temperature control concrete comprises 260-360 kg/m3cement, 70-100 kg /m3 fly ash, 50-70 kg /m3viscosity reducing agent, 950-1200 kg/m3coarse aggregate, 700-850 kg/ meter fine aggregate, 5-15 kg/meter micro-beads, 6-10 kg/km3crystal nucleating agent, 3-6 kg/mm3additive, 3 to 10-25 kg/cm3end hook copper-plated steel fiber, and 10 to 25 kg/mm3high heat-conducting phase change microcapsule. The high heat conductivity phase change micropowder comprises a shell layer and a phase change core material. The shell layer comprises polymethyl methacrylate, modified pumice and oleophilic modified nano graphene. The phase change core material comprises n-hexadecane, n-octadecane, n-eicosane, plasticizer and anti-ultraviolet auxiliary agent. USE - Intelligent temperature control concrete for a bridge main tower in a plateau environment i.e. Sichuan-Tibet railway river bridge section. ADVANTAGE - The concrete has excellent working performance, weather resistance and construction performance, high heat-conducting phase change phase change microcapsule as raw material, which not only reduces the concrete maintenance, middle and outer temperature difference caused by hydration heat and temperature peak, inhibiting the generation of temperature crack, and it can effectively reduce the temperature stress caused by uneven temperature distribution of large temperature difference environment and main tower concrete cathode and anode surface, improving the volume stability of the structure.
