▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing pre-constructed three-dimensional graphene network and thermal conductive composite material comprises (i) mixing graphene and pore-forming materials, uniformly dispersing to obtain graphene/pore-forming material mixed powder, and then adding into the mold, and compressing with specific pressure to obtain mixed powder tableting, (ii) heating mixed powder obtained in the step (i) to obtain tablet until the pore-forming material is thermally decomposed to obtain porous three-dimensional graphene network, (iii) immersing three-dimensional graphene network obtained in the step (ii) in the thermosetting resin, performing vacuum-assisted full impregnation by negative pressure method to obtain three-dimensional graphene network-resin prepreg, and curing the prepreg to obtain three-dimensional graphene network-resin thermally conductive composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing pre-constructed three-dimensional graphene network and thermal conductive composite material. ADVANTAGE - The material has has excellent thermal conductivity.
