▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Polyolefin reinforced and toughened modified masterbatch comprises ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, polyolefin elastomers, inorganic nanofillers and target modified polyolefins. USE - Polyolefin reinforced and toughened modified masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The modified masterbatch helps to improve the toughness of the target modified polyolefin, improves the strength of the target modified polyolefin, and has improved wear resistance, crack resistance, tear resistance and cold resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the polyolefin reinforced and toughened modified masterbatch using a sol-gel method, where the solvent for preparing the gel is white, comprising (a) pre-mixing UHMWPE powder, white oil, inorganic nano fillers, antioxidants, in a certain proportion and swelling at 110-150 degrees C for 10-100 minutes using a planetary mixer to obtain UHMWPE-filler jelly, the speed is 10-100 rpm, (b) crushing the pre-mixed swollen ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene-filler gel by a crusher and extruding by a twin-screw extruder to obtain a uniform ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene-filler gel at extrusion temperature 180-250 degrees C, rotation speed of 20-200 rpm, (c) mixing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene-filler gel, polyolefin elastomers and target modified polyolefin, extruding and pelletizing by a twin screw at extrusion temperature of 180-250 degrees C, rotation speed 60-400 rpm, and (d) extracting the obtained white oil-containing ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene/polyolefin elastomer/inorganic nanofiller/target modified polyolefin/white oil mixture for 0.2-2 hours with the aid of an extractant ultrasonic to remove white oil to obtain ultra-high molecular weight poly ethylene/polyolefin elastomer/inorganic nanofiller/target modified polyolefin mixed masterbatch; and #a sol-gel mixing method comprising adding 0.1-1 wt.% antioxidant for each thermal processing.
