▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An amino-modified graphene, is new. Where the graphene edge amino and carboxy are formed by transverse covalent bridging. USE - The amino-modified graphene is used in metal anti-corrosion (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The amino-modified graphene is formed by transverse covalent bridging of graphene edge amino and carboxy, improving dispersibility of graphene in the solvent. The amino group containing lone pair of electrons can form a secondary covalently bond with carboxy of graphene oxide edge of removing hydroxy and epoxy group, constructing transverse bridging butt joint, enhancing the interaction of upper and lower two layers of graphene, finally obtaining the longitudinal dense stack, transverse cross-stacked amino modified graphene, and reducing the thickness of the layer-stacking amino- modified graphene. The method has simple process, strong process controllability, which is good for industrial mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a preparation method of amino modified graphene, comprising (i) obtaining graphene oxide aqueous solution by first spray granulation to obtain graphene powder of retention edge carboxy; (ii) preparing the graphene powder of the reserved edge carboxy into solution, adding amino modifying agent and uniformly mixing to obtain mixed solution; and (iii) carrying out hydrothermal reaction to the mixed solution and performing second spray granulation to obtain the amino-modified graphene; and an amino-modified graphene coating, comprising graphene powder for retaining the edge carboxy, the amino-modified graphene, solvent, dispersant and modifier.
