NOVELTY - Preparing electrochemical cathode stripping graphene energy storage material, comprises taking an inert electrode as anode and high purity graphite as cathode, dissolving quaternary ammonium salt in an organic solvent as electrolyte, supplying direct current power at a constant voltage, carrying out strong cathodic polarization for stripping high pure graphite, washing the obtained cathode product for at least 5 times, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion and low speed centrifugation, carrying out high speed centrifugation of supernatant, and drying to obtain graphene energy storage material. USE - The prepared graphene energy storage material is useful for energy storage, energy conversion, electronic device and biosensor. ADVANTAGE - The method does not require special equipment, and is simple, easy to process, controllable, economical, environmentally friendly and suitable for industrial popularization and application.
