NOVELTY - Preparing high thermal conductivity ultra-thick graphene roll film, comprises (i) mixing graphene oxide and solvent, performing high-pressure homogenization for 0.5-3 hours, and vacuum degassing treatment for 0.5-3 hours to obtain uniform graphene oxide slurry, and setting pressure under 30-120MPa, (ii) coating graphene oxide slurry prepared into wet film with thickness of 1-10 mm, and drying wet film at 40-120℃ for 1-2 hours to obtain graphite oxide vinyl dry film, (iii) rolling up graphene oxide dry film, and carbonizing at 200-1500℃ for 1-90 hours under vacuum not more than 500 Pa to obtain reduced-oxidized graphene film, (iv) peeling off reduced graphene oxide film, transferring it to graphitization furnace, and keeping it warm at 2300-3100℃ for 30-360 minutes under protection of inert gas to obtain graphene foam film, and (v) stacking 1-10 rolls of graphene foam film prepared layer by layer, and performing co-roll complex calendering. USE - The method is useful for preparing high thermal conductivity ultra-thick graphene roll film. ADVANTAGE - The process is simple and economical.
